Commercial Equity Insurance protects the client's equity in the event a specific property is unable to maintain a positive debt coverage ratio (DCR), resulting in the property's inability to service the current debt. If unable to make debt payments, RECM will arrange to carry payments for a specified duration; thus providing ample opportunity for the client to recapitalize the property or restructure the debt. This product will be offered exclusively to RECM originated transactions.
